With 15+ years in Talent Acquisition, employer branding, and ERG leadership I’ve also lived through the realities of burnout, an ADHD diagnosis, and navigating deep personal change. Behind The Mask was born at the intersection of that lived experience and a drive to rehumanise the world of work.
